Please be aware that in some circumstances an order you might place might be out of stock. This may happen due to a technical problem. If this was to occur, I will do my best to quickly rectify the problem/refund the money.
Once an order has been placed, I aim to post the same or next day. Royal Mail aim to delivery the items within 2-3 days. Due to deliveries being handled by a third party, once the item has been posted it is out of our hands. All orders will be given tracking numbers which you can receive to track your order.

All prices are stated on the product. We do not charge VAT on children's clothing.
Please note that even though the pictures may advertise complete outfits, the description will outline what the price includes.
If you are unhappy with your order, by law you are able to return the items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as the item is in the same condition as when it was sold to you - with the tags still attached. Returns received outside the stated period will not be accepted. Please note this returns policy only applies for online orders. If you purchase an item in store then you will only receive a credit note.
We do not accept refunds on sale items.
We do not accept refunds on Payment Plan orders, however, you have 14 days to exchange your item if you are not satisfied with it.

You have two options with regards to postage.
£3.95 Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded - Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd Class deliveries within 2-3 working days.
£4.45 Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded - Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st Class deliveries within 1-2 working days.
Please note that once we have posted the order it will be out of our hands if there is a delay in expected delivery. All orders will be issued with a tracking number so you are able to track your items.
